Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of employee benefits drafting and counseling experience in a peer law firm environment including: retirement benefit plans, welfare benefit plans, executive compensation plans.
- Excellent academic credentials from a top 20 law school.
This dynamic group’s practice extends beyond traditional benefits counseling to provide solutions to complex situations that arise in restructuring, transactional and post transactional settings.
