The various parties of the recruiting process include the job applicant (or “Candidate”), the employer or representatives of the employer involved in the hiring process (“Employer”) and Atticus Recruiting (“Atticus”). Atticus does not and will not share or sell any personal information received from you with any third party outside the recruiting process and will only share your personal information within the recruiting process with your expressed consent.
Atticus Recruiting is a member of the National Association of Legal Search Consultants (NALSC), a 195+ member national professional organization committed to upholding the highest ethical standards of the legal search profession. https://www.nalsc.org/. Direct Information from You:
Our forms ask you for your name, phone number, and email address. You may choose to attach other identifying information like a resume, law school transcript and/or a brief message. We use this information to contact you directly by either phone or email to discuss our services. Additionally, we may store your resume in our secure database in order to contact you in the future about employment opportunities. You may opt out of us storing your resume by indicating that preference on any of our submission forms.
Log Files and Cookies:
Atticus Recruiting follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services’ analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users’ movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.
Atticus Recruiting also uses ‘cookies’. These cookies are used to store information including visitors’ preferences, and the pages on the website that the visitor accessed or visited. The information is used to optimize the users’ experience by customizing our web page content based on visitors’ browser type and/or other information.
Atticus Recruiting does not sell log files or cookie data to any third-party advertisers, vendors or service providers.
