Our client, a highly-regarded, Chicago business law firm, seeks a mid-level employment law associate to joins its Compensation and Employment Practice Group.
Requirements
- Excellent academic credentials from a top 25 law school.
- 3 to 5 years of executive compensation and benefits experience including: cash and equity based incentive plans, employee stock purchase plans, non-qualified deferred compensation plans, change-in-control and severance agreements, insider trading issues and Code Section 409A and TARP executive compensation restrictions. Confidentiality and non-competition experience preferred.
