Requirements
- 6+ years of experience with Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases at a nationally-recognized and respected law firm.
- Excellent academic credentials
- Strong work ethic and interpersonal skills with a team oriented and entrepreneurial mindset.
The firm represents national and multinational companies as secured and unsecured creditors in bankruptcy cases and out-of-court restructurings across the country and routinely works with Bankruptcy trustees in litigation and transactional matters. The firm fosters a collegial and collaborative work environment and offers excellent benefits.
