National Am Law 100 law firm seeks attorney with three to five years of experience representing employers in labor and employment law matters for its Chicago office. Position will involve diverse practice wage and hour and employment litigation as well as traditional labor matters (arbitrations, labor negotiations, union avoidance campaigns, and NLRB matters). Successful applicants must evidence excellent academic achievement and writing ability, solid work ethic, good character, initiative and interpersonal skills and show an ability to assume direct responsibility for client work and work independently (as evidenced by having taken and defended depositions, having drafted and argued motions, etc). First chair employment litigation experience a definite plus.
