Our client, a global powerhouse with a newer and rapidly growing Chicago is seeking an associate to join its leading Cyber/Data/Privacy practice group. This world-class team of over 30 attorneys in the US and Europe, works with a broad variety of emerging companies, public companies, leading technology companies, financial institutions, life sciences companies, national media companies, etc. focusing on counseling and advisory, privacy and cybersecurity aspects of corporate and technology transactions, incident preparedness and response, and state and federal investigations, and/or litigation.
Requirements
- Four to eight years of experience focusing on investigation and litigation arising from data privacy and cybersecurity incidents.
- Successful candidates must have a high level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school, the ability to engage directly with clients and lead significant projects, and impeccable analytical and writing skills.
- Candidates with technical expertise are especially encouraged to apply.
