The ideal candidate relishes working in a dynamic environment, is a quick learner and is willing to pitch in to handle a variety of legal matters. This is a unique opportunity for a junior corporate associate to broaden their legal skills working in close concert with an exceptional general counsel and executive leadership team.
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of merger and acquisition experience from a sophisticated national corporate law practice.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
