Description

Our client, a well-regarded, mid-sized, full-service law firm seeks a highly skilled real estate finance associate for its Chambers ranked Real Estate practice group in Chicago.

Requirements

2 to 5 years of sophisticated commercial real estate transactions experience, including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, development, management and debt and equity financing.
Experience representing lenders and borrowers on mortgage loans and other real estate financings is required, including negotiating loan documents, coordinating, preparing and reviewing due diligence materials and closing deliverables, and preparing and negotiating legal opinions.
Excellent academic credentials and strong drafting, writing and oral communication skills.
